Chest to Fit: Place a measuring tape 2.5cm below the underarm around child’s chest.
Waist: Measure your waist with a measuring tape comfortably after exhaling.
Hips: With feet together, place a measuring tape at the widest part of the hips (approximately 20cm below the waist).
